Oral Health Therapists

Meg

Meg graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Oral Health at University of Sydney in 2011. In 2012, Meg joined Attractive Orthodontics practicing as an Oral Health Therapist. Meg assists the Specialist Orthodontists in providing orthodontic treatment, utilising 3D technology like Suresmile and giving oral health education for patients to maintain healthy gums and reduce dental decay. Meg is often described as friendly, passionate and professional by patients and peers. In 2013, Meg was scouted for a clinical educator role at the University of Sydney where she teaches students in the Bachelor of Oral Health. Meg now splits her days between Attractive Orthodontics and the University of Sydney.

Outside work, Meg spends time with her beautiful daughter, Arianna, and bike addict husband. Meg’s hobbies include photography, travelling and collecting Anime figurines.

Renee

Renee graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Oral Health in 2014 with distinction. She has undertaken volunteer work in Vanuatu where she implemented a self devised oral health promotion project, which delivered tailored oral health education as well as dental services for Children at various disadvantaged schools.

Renee has been a member of our team since 2015, always ensuring the patients are treated with empathy and a caring manner. She believes that a beautiful smile is an asset beyond measure and as an oral health therapist enjoys being able to provide services that maintain great oral health whilst also supporting the Specialist Orthodontists so they can provide the best service possible!

In Renee’s spare time she enjoys travelling, exercising and spending quality time with friends and family.

Christine

Christine graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Sydney in 2015. She was awarded an Academic Scholarship and the University of Sydney Academic Merits prize award in 2013, before working at Attractive Orthodontics as an Oral Health Therapist at the end of 2015.

In her spare time, Christine loves to do volunteering work to provide free dental treatment to the homeless & disadvantaged communities. In the past, Christine has travelled overseas to provide dental and nutritional help to the less fortunate families of Cambodia. Seeing the smiles of patients every visit and hearing about their stories, surely lights up her day everyday.

Outside of work, she is a recording artist (singer/songwriter/composer) signed to international electronic dance music record labels in the music industry, working with trance DJs and producers from around the world. She loves playing piano, singing, writing music, and DJ-ing. Other than spending time with patients and music, she’s probably dead-lifting and squatting at the gym. And if trance music is playing in the surgery, it’s probably her playlist.

Stacey

Stacey started as a dental assistant in our team whilst in her final year of study. She is now one of our newest Oral Health Therapists after recently graduating with a Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Sydney in 2016. Stacey previously completed a Bachelor of Science at Macquarie University and in her spare time, had worked as a dental assistant for a general dental practice. This is where she initially discovered her passion for teeth, later evolving into a love for straightening teeth!

On her days away from work, Stacey enjoys going on hikes, going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and catching up on tv shows.
